Office Options
Executive Suite
We offer executive suites for yearly rental, with pricing options for shorter leases, in a variety of sizes and prices to match your needs. Additional options include (please scroll down to the bottom of this page for explanations):

Virtual Office
Our Virtual Office package has everything you need for a limited-use office. A variety of office sizes are available, and you pay a flat monthly fee for 16 hours of office time. The Virtual Office package comes with (please scroll down to the bottom of this page for explanations):

Day Office
A day office is another limited-use option for those that want the feel of an office for doing interviews, meeting clients, or anything else he or she may need an office for. This option requires no monthly charge. You rent by the hour or day, so you have an office when you need it and pay only for the time you use it. This option is only available Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please call at least one week in advance to secure a room slot.

These are additional options we provide (as listed above). Some require an additional monthly fee.
Conference Rooms
MyGreenvilleOffice provides 2 spacious conference rooms for scheduled use. One is smaller, with a board room-style table, and seats up to 10 people. The other conference room is larger and more versatile, with room for up to 48 people with theater-style seating (and other seating arrangements are available). We request that you schedule your conference room time at least a week before it is needed.
T-1 Internet Access
Rooms are equipped with high-speed T-1 internet access for your computer. There is a monthly fee for each computer hooked up on our network. See the Pricing page for details.
Digital Phone Service with Publishable Phone Number
Your office will have a dedicated number that you can make public to clients, friends and family. A handset is provided, with additional handsets also available for a fee. This number goes through our switchboard between 7:45am and 4:45pm, and to your office after hours.
Analog Phone Line
An analog phone line is also available for you to hook up your own fax machine or dial-up modem.
Phone Answering Service
A receptionist will be at the front desk from 7:45 - 4:45 to answer all calls. Your line will be answered with your business name, and can be sent to your office or voicemail.
Voicemail
Our voicemail system allows you to record a custom message for your callers to hear, and voicemail can be checked with any phone, in or out of the office.
Incoming Mail Services
All incoming mail will be sorted and kept at the front desk. Just ask our friendly receptionist for your mail any time.
Receiving of All Packages
We will sign for packages for you (with your permission).
Access to Copy/Fax Machine
Conveniently located in our lobby, our copy/fax machine is easy to use. Just enter in your code and at the end of the month we'll bill you for the number of copies and faxes you've made.
Ordering of Office Supplies
When you're getting low on paper, pens, or other office supplies, let our receptionist know. We'll put in a Staples order for you.
